It is on the one hand a world of essences and balance and on the other a collision of chaotic extremes and experimentation. I\u003cspan class=\"Apple-converted-space\"\u003e  \u003c\/span\u003ework primarily with traditional materials pencil drawing oil on canvas etc but occasionally depart from this to make collages and small haphazard sculptures alongside a variety of mixed media pieces - recent experiments have involved painting on plasticine. The process can be summarised as a kind of romantic image driven system of experimentation that seeks to combine the gravitas of the past with that sense of the unknown intuited responses, the result of being a part of the human species hurtling into the unknown. My aim is to make stand alone pieces that connect directly at an emotional level rather than work across or through any kind of series or repeated system of themes.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e","products":[],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0947\/8186\/6362\/collections\/ef49c554-1009-4a1e-8774-c62513d25d09.jpg?v=1786032109","url":"https:\/\/annwfngallery.com\/collections\/luke-hannam.oembed","provider":"Annwfn Gallery","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
